At Spirit Luis, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our fishing gear and related products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Spirit Luis if:

  • The item was purchased directly from our Website (https://spiritluis.com).

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Used, damaged, or customized products unless they arrived defective or damaged in transit.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@spiritluis.com or call us at (207) 781-6150 with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number inside the package.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If you paid via credit card, the refund may take additional time depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.

  3. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items not purchased directly from our Website.

  • Items returned without prior approval or an RMA number.

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
